Regency Fields – Play Park

A number of residents from the Regency Fields development, have raised concerns over the safety and accessibility of the play park, which boarders Pastures Drive. This play park was provided by Miller Homes as part of the development.

Consequently the Parish Council Chairman, Craig Fergusson has written to Miller Homes on two occasions, to raise these concerns and to attempt to obtain a resolution.

Brunning & Price – Proposed Pub & Restuarant – The Mallard – Planning Application

Brunning and Price, the organisation that are planning to open The Mallard pub in Tidbury Green have submitted Planning application number – PL/2022/00790/PPFL  for Tidbury Green Farm Fulford Hall Road.

The application is for Change of use of the existing farmhouse, associated buildings and land from residential use to a public house/restaurant and construction of extensions and associated works (Revisions to approved scheme PL/2019/00039/PPFL)

Additionally they have submitted Planning application No. PL/2022/00791/LBC, which is for Listed building consent for the change of use of the existing farmhouse, associated buildings and land from residential use to a public house/restaurant and construction of extensions and associated works (Revisions to approved scheme PL/2019/00040/LBC).

The Parish Council recommend that you view these planning applications and submit your comments on the proposal to Solihull MBC.
