Notification of Temporary Traffic Restrictions – Lowbrook La, Tilehouse Green Lane, Fulford Hall Road and Dickens Heath Road, Tidbury Green (Junction) – 30 Aug to 3 Sept 2022

SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

Lowbrook Lane, Tilehouse Green Lane, Fulford Hall Road and Dickens Heath Road (Junction), Tidbury Green -Notice of Temporary Road Closures.

The Council gives notice under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that all traffic should be restricted or prohibited to ensure that the following works can be undertaken in safety:

Location: The junction of Lowbrook Lane, Tilehouse Green Lane, Fulford Hall Road and Dickens Heath Road, Tidbury Green.

Date(s) and time(s) when restriction will apply: from 30 August 2022 at 08:00hrs until 3 September 2022 at 17:00hrs.

Reason for restriction: Remedial works.

Works on behalf of: Erris Builders Ltd.

Diversion route: Signed via North Lane, Lea Green Lane, Truemans Heath Lane, Tilehouse Lane, Rumbush Lane and Dickens Heath Road. Vice versa for the opposite direction.

Access cannot be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies.
Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction and access through the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of closure.

SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL have provided the following Notice:-

TR76/2022-23

The Council gives notice under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being
satisfied that all traffic should be restricted or prohibited to ensure that the following
works can be undertaken in safety:

Location: Wood Lane, Earlswood – approx’ 340m south-east of its junction with Rumbush Lane.

Date(s) when restriction will apply: Sunday 17th July 2022.

Times when restriction will apply: 08:30hrs until 17:00hrs.

Reason for restriction: Tree cutting.

Works on behalf of: EOS Contractors.

Diversion route: Signed via Norton Lane and Rumbush Lane Vice versa for the opposite direction.

Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction and access through the
restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of closure.

The Metropolitan Borough of Solihull (Dickens Heath Road, Fulford Hall Road, Lowbrook Lane and Tilehouse Lane, Tidbury Green)(Total Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022.

The Council has made this Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Metropolitan Borough of Solihull) Order 2007, where applicable, and all other enabling powers. The reasons for this Order can be obtained by written request from the address below; or by inspecting the documents at Solihull Connect, Library Square, Touchwood, Solihull during normal opening hours or via https://www.solihull.gov.uk/Roads-pavements-and-streetcare//Traffic-regulationorders A copy of the Order is available upon request. Anyone wishing to question the validity or
provisions of the Order should apply to the High Court within six weeks from the date that the Order became effective. The Order, which comes into force on 21 April 2022, will introduce the following:

Total Prohibition of Waiting – No Waiting at Any Time

Dickens Heath Road (south side) – (i) from its junction with Fulford Hall Road, north-eastwards for approx. 175m; (ii) from a point approx. 250m from its junction with Fulford Hall Road north-eastwards for approx. 10m; and (iii) from a point approx. 320m from its junction with Fulford Hall Road northeastwards for approx. 140m.

Dickens Heath Road (northern side) – from its junction with Tilehouse Lane, north-eastwards for approx. 445m.

Lowbrook Lane (both sides) – from its junction with Tilehouse Lane & Fulford Hall Road southwestwards for approx. 30m.

Tilehouse Lane (both sides) – from its junction with Fulford Hall Road, northwards for approx. 30m.
Fulford Hall Road (both sides) – from its junction with Tilehouse Lane, southwards for approx. 25m.

Notification of Temporary Traffic Restrictions – Fulford Hall Road Area, Tidbury Green – Temporary Road Closures – 12 August to 16 September 2021

SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

The Metropolitan Borough of Solihull (Fulford Hall Road, Tidbury Green) (Road Closure) Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2021.

The Council gives notice that it intends to make the above Order under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that all traffic should be restricted or prohibited to ensure that the following works can be undertaken in safety: Date(s) and time(s) when restrictions will apply:

closures will be in place for up to 20 days between the extents of Thursday 12th August 2021 at 00:00 until Thursday 16th September 2021 at 00:00 (24 hour restrictions).

Locations:

  1. Fulford Hall Road, Tidbury Green, B90 1QX – road closed between Norton Lane and Lowbrook Lane junctions. Alternative routes for traffic will be signed via Norton Lane, and Lowbrook Lane. Vice versa for the opposite direction.
  2. Junction of Dickens Heath Road, Fulford Hall Road, Lowbrook Lane & Tilehouse Lane (closure for 1 week only).

Alternative routes for traffic will be signed via Norton Lane, Lea Green Lane, Hollywood Lane, Truemans Heath Lane and Tilehouse Lane. Vice versa for the opposite direction.

Reason for restriction: Resurfacing, installation of new kerbs and gullies and to erect signage.

Works on behalf of: Bellway Homes, West Midlands.

Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction and access through the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of closure.
