We (West Midlands Fire Service) are delighted to announce the release of our brand new public consultation!
Three years ago, we asked you for your views and opinions on the work that we do. This helps us shape our priorities within our Community Risk Management Plan. Now, it’s time for us to consult again.
In 2020, 11,000 people responded. This year, we’re aiming higher!
Consultation will run from 3rd July 2023 for 10 weeks, until 11th September. We’re looking to gain feedback, views, and opinions from as many people who live and work in the West Midlands as possible.

There, you will be given the option to select a survey, depending on if you are answering as a member of the community within the West Midlands, one of our partner organisations, or a current or former member of West Midlands Fire Service staff.
The survey shouldn’t take any longer than 10 minutes to complete, and we’d love to hear from you. You have the opportunity to shape your fire service and help your communities.
